George Theodorou
CEO


George Theodorou is the Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Property Partners LLC and directs new project acquisition and business development in the US.

He is directly involved in all aspects of the company's business activities, including agent and investor relations, evaluating deals, strategic analysis, marketing, operations and sales. 

George holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.

James Theodorou
Social Media Manager & Sales Assistant

James, as the IT & Social Media Manager for MPP is responsible for network maintenance and security.

He is also responsible in overseeing the development and implementation of the Manhattan Property Partners social media strategy, through brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and cultivating leads and sales.

James is a strong communicator who is highly organised and loves the research and client interaction that is involved in this position.

Courtney Aldred
Executive Assistant

In her role, Courtney takes care of the CEO's daily schedule acting as a point of communication between clients and agents. She is responsible for the development of new and existing client relationships and takes pride in providing a high level of customer service on behalf of MPP.

Jason is responsible for managing and monitoring a portfolio of assets across various regions. Jason’s responsibilities include analysing properties and market trends for various sectors of the USA as well as handling due diligence, marketing management and financial forecasting.

Jason is also involved in deal sourcing and conducting maintenance and renovation cost analysis.

Mariah Sienna Theodorou
Marketing Manager & Sales Assistant

Mariah's role is to promote and maintain the company's brand by developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the company's brand message.

Mariah manages overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events. She also works with agents, vendors, lawyers, members of the press and other stakeholders to establish and maintain a high profile for the business.

Mariah possesses in-depth knowledge of the real estate business, has exceptional selling and research skills and excellent communication skills.

Mariah holds a Masters degree in Marketing from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.

Irene Theodorou
Office Manager

Irene has been with Manhattan Property Partners since its inception and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and all aspects involved in keeping the company running smoothly and efficiently. These include website and property listings maintenance, assisting agents with administrative tasks, preparing proposals and various paperwork and organising seminars and client meetings.
